March Ministry Update

           Hello friends, this has been a jam packed month. We had one of our biggest events this month, Pizza Theology. We went over The Second Coming of Christ, and got to really grapple with some of the ideas presented. Our speakers, Brandon, Sarah King, and Miriam did an awesome job! Our students were excited for this and were willing to engage with a tough topic.

          Many of us were left with questions, but lucky for us there will be a podcast answering some of those questions. Sarah and Sirak will be interviewing Brandon and Miriam soon and will have that available which you can access through anyfocus.org/podcast. Or, you can find it on Stitcher and iTunes.

       We have our annual Spring Showcase coming up soon! This is an event put on by FOCUS to help raise money for our students going to SICM (explained below).

                       Matinee Show:   Doors open at 2:30 pm;

                                                   Show begins at 3:00 pm

                       Art Show:           5:30 – 7:00 pm

                       Evening Show:   Show begins at 7:00 pm

●HOW MUCH:    $20 Adults

Please note if you want your ticket purchase to go to a specific student, there is a place to fill that in when they purchase tickets.

        Please be praying for our students that will be attending our Student Institute of Campus Ministry in Washington State this summer. We send some of our students here every year where they spend a week learning what it means to be a leader in the community and how to lead a small group. They are in a season of fundraising for their trip, so pray that their conversations with friends and family go over well and any events that they do to raise money may be a success. Please be praying for our SICM Showcase and all who will be participating in it.
